Omega Speedmaster blev introduceret i 1957, hvor den første model, CK 2915, var drevet af Calibre 321. Speedmaster Professional, som normalt kaldes Moonwatch, er den mest kendte udgave. Det er en 42 mm kronograf med manuelt optræk, og Buzz Aldrin bar en på Månen under Apollo 11. Fra 1968 brugte den Calibre 861, som senere blev videreudviklet til 1861, og i 2021 afløste 3861 med co-axial-gang og Master Chronometer-certificering 1861.
