OMEGA Museum in Biel: The History of OMEGA Watches | OMEGA

The OMEGA Museum in Biel was the first museum to be dedicated to a single Swiss watchmaker. Located opposite the company's headquarters, the museum features items representing OMEGA's long history, from the original bench on which Louis Brandt made his first watches over 160 years ago to a NASA lunar rover and the OMEGA watches worn on the Moon. Stop-motion photography is used to bring history to life through the luxury watches worn by US President John F. Kennedy or featured in major motion pictures. To allow more people to enjoy the displays, the Biel Museum now has longer opening hours, Tuesday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and for the first time, also on Saturday, from 11 a.m.
